As you may have heard, Visa International has recently suspended ePassporte's Visa
program. Therefore, ePassporte customers are not currently able to withdraw funds
through an ATM or use their ePassporte Visa card. Additionally, if you had funds in
your Virtual Visa EPassporte account those funds are inaccessible until ePassporte
resolves this situation with Visa. If you have funds in your ePassporte wallet,
those funds remain accessible.
Please note that all payouts including ePassporte payouts for the period ending 7/15
were made on Wednesday, September 1. Payments will be next issued on 9/15 for the
period ending 7/30/10.
PrideBucks.com would like to reach out to our affiliates and strategic partners who
have been affected by this untimely and unfortunate turn of events. While some
affiliates will want to continue to receive their PrideBucks' commission payments
via ePassporte, it is understandable that many will want to choose an alternative
payment method. To select an alternative payment method, simply log into your
PrideBucks' account and edit your personal details. You have the option to have a
check mailed to you or receive a wire transfer. Please confirm your other personal
details including mailing address, especially if you want a check mailed to you.
It is important to understand that changing your payment method will effect only
future payout periods. Our payout reports are generated at the time the period
closes. So we may have pending ePassporte payments pending for you. Therefore,
after you change your payment method online, please email [email protected] to
advise us of your change so that we may ensure payouts for previous periods go out
to you uninterrupted.
We are also offering commission payments via PayPal ONLY for current ePassporte
payout recipients. We are offering this method temporarily until ePassporte
resolves its issues. To receive payouts via PayPal, simply email
[email protected] and advise us of your PayPal account. Do not make any payment
method changes to your PrideBucks account online. Leave it set to ePassporte if you
want the temporary PayPal payment method.
