After Obama's BS, it was a joy seeing Bush speaking on TV
I miss that clown now.
|
I agree..
Obama will go down as the worse US president.. count on that! |
lol......
|
Yep.
"Recovery summer" has produced more job losses. Plus, a huge tax hike is only a few months away... |
job losses due to census staff temporary being part of the workforce.
in the private sector there was a decrease in unemployment, hence the stock market gaining grounds today. |

Funny how that works! |
In a few years you all will miss Bush very very much.
|
I'm just happy everything didn't crash in burn as predicted it would. Kinda makes me happy all of the right radicals can't figure out what's really going on and make up crazy predictions out of thin air. Rather entertaining now.
|
Pornogrpahers enamored with conservative politicians always remind me of hypocrites like Jim Baker and Ted Haggard.

You guys are so fucked up it's not even worth the time or effort to refute the diarrhea that pours from your keyboards.
|
Oh, we're in an unprecedented economic crisis. The left is just good at bullshit rationalizations because they're unintelligent so they need to tell themselves "things are getting better!" because one of their own is in the office embarrassing himself. Funny, if Bush was president, they would be bitching about the economic downfall. Keep it up liberals, you're just making it that much easier for Republicans to take back control:)
|
Obama is the best that ever happened for you guys. You guys just can't see the big picture right now.
|
Funny those " the left " , " the right " , the " liberals " ... ... what a fucked up country ... or is it 2 countries ? ...

what will your excuse be when the economy stays the same or worsens? seriously, what will your excuse be? i can tell you with 100% certainty that this economy will take decades to recover unless there is a complete overhaul of govt as we know it which isnt going to happen.. so, what will your excuse be when the republicans cant fix the economy? . |

i have already told you several times that i do not support the left.. i do not support the right either... i will come out and make comments when i see people shouting the rights gospel as if its all true and claiming the left are all idiots.. both sides have their fair share of idiots and i would rather see people pitching solutions than just name calling and putting down other peoples opinions.. i will just be happy to see the republicans take control so that the right can see that the grass will not be greener... i am also smart enough to know that when things dont work out the way the right thinks, then the blame will continue.. all i asked you was what would your excuse be then.. like always you dont answer the question, just accuse me of being biased... so hopefully this time the light bulb will go off for you and you will understand that i have equal animosity for the left and right... . |

If you are a conservative your leaders feed you crap in hopes that you will believe that anyone who is not white is a leech who lives off the system and anyone who is a democrat is a bleeding heart liberal who wants to turn the country into communist Russia while taking all of their hard earned money and handing it over to welfare moms. Meanwhile those evil liberals will be impregnating your 15 year old daughter for the sole purpose of forcing her to get an abortion. If you are a liberal your leaders feed you crap in hopes that you will believe that everyone who lives in the country and is a conservative is a backwoods, redneck, cousin fucking idiot who walks around town with a bible in one hand and a shotgun in the other and who want nothing more than to force you to go to church and live by their ideals or otherwise be burned at the stake. While these are extreme examples, I feel it is pretty accurate. Look at how many people hate Obama so much that they actually think he is a Muslim who was not born in this country and that there is a conspiracy to hide his birth certificate so he can stay president. On the other end of the spectrum look how many people hated Bush so badly that they think the was behind the 9/11 attacks. And many politicians love this. They don't stop it, they want it to continue because it makes them money. They call these people, the people I described above, their base. These are people who will vote republican or democrat no matter what the person says or who is running. It keeps them getting elected and bilking us for their own good. The sad thing is that it won't be changing any time soon. Only about half of the people who are eligible to vote do so. If half the country can't be bothered to vote once every couple of years things aren't going to change much. And that is what the system wants. They talk of change. They say they want change. But they never really act on it because doing so might anger their base and cost them an election and getting elected in the number 1 thing on their agenda. Sorry for the rant. |

this is the same message i have been preaching, but it just falls on deaf ears here.. people are more interested in rooting for their home team regardless of facts.. until people turn off their televisions and stop letting other people give them their opinions, this country will remain fucked.. but dont worry, the republicans are going to gain power in november and solve everything.. and when they fail, there will be some new excuse... and the media will shift to blaming the right... . |
I found it...lol

Part of the reason is this. Back in May/June we had a ton (some estimates were as many as 3 million) people enter the job market. These are students who graduated high school or college and now are entering the job market. So we might add 75-100K jobs, but there are millions of new people now looking for work. Also there are a lot of people who left the job market and are now getting back into it. An example of that would be a friend of mine's wife. Two years ago she lost her job. She decided to stay home with their youngest child and be a stay at home mom for a couple of years. Now that child is going to school a full day so she went back out and started looking for a job again. So there are jobs being created, it is just such a small amount it can't keep up with those now entering or re-entering the workforce. Obama and company are going to have to do a whole lot better if they want to see the unemployment rate start to drop. |

Adding 1.1 million jobs to the Government between 2002 and 2004 while reducing taxes and starting 2 unfunded wars? Not to mention promoting the subprime lending fiasco and failing to stem the flow of jobs to other nations. Giving Obama due credit, all he did was inherit the worst mess since 1929. I have no desire to elect a bunch of idiots running on a "reduce taxes for the wealthy" platform. We need to pay our bills, not pass them on to our kids. |

And not a moment too soon on the tax hike eh? It won't be long before the rich get taxed 80-90% to pay for the war they all supported. Then things will be set right, like stopping the rich from bankrupting us more each day this keeps going. :thumbsup :1orglaugh |
At least we didn't start another war with Mcain.
|
I get all misty eyed thinking about the deficits Bush ran up, the wars he got us into, and the bailouts he initiated.
Oops, I almost forgot about that tax cut for the rich that Dubya enacted that was supposed to stimulate the economy, but really didn't... Time for a stroll down memory lane: Dubya was truly a comedians dream, and a citizen's nightmare. Listen to his supporters now and they say they he made us all smarterer, and respecticated and respectified all around this earthynis, globesals, planetsis...whatevers, if you support him, you know what he means, kinda! :thumbsup ADG |
