Aren't Visa funds FDIC insured anyways? Because the money is frozen does not mean you will not see it. Visa has the money. It sounds to me like they(Visa) think there were some shady dealings or possibly even illegal dealings going on over at Epass. :2 cents: I'm not saying that is the case, but I can not imagine Visa freezing cash unless something along those lines was occurring.

To be quite honest, In my opinion ny and all money you have in epass is gone. Kiss it good bye. I may get flamed by some for that statement, but it's simply my opinion as this whole story sounds like a bunch of bull to me....

I see no reason why they cannot hand cut everyone a check for ALL the money you have in virtual or wallet and then simply close up. Anything short of that solution is bull shit to me.!!!
