If you want to at least confirm the story if the visa accounts are the issue with epass. Imagine if they say that isnt the problem ::yikes::. Visa international doesnt work fridays and long weekend in USA...

I do have a direct contact with that bank. With their permission, I will record the call and post it here. Curious myself to see what they say.

If you have a contact, phone and ask what is going on and don't scare them off with questions on if you can record it or not
