Well epassporte is saying that taking funds out by wire transfer is no problem.
I would presume that is how the bigger players do it.

We luckily kept all our funds in the wallet, so no funds are frozen in our accounts.

We have not made any changes to how we accept payment at this time, so yes as of right now we are still accepting epassporte payments.
