There has been quite a few requests for flv files and we are aware of your needs. We have f4v files which is a higher quality flash file but doesn't do you guys any good if you can't use em. We DO NOT have flv's available in our tool section but I can pull them for you myself. If you want a specific delimiter with flv files (EXAMPLE: file|desc|thumb) contact me directly. I would be happy to get you whatever you need.

How does the quality/file size compare to the f4v's?

A 20MB .flv file would probably be a 30MB .f4v file. The quality of an f4v is a little better due to less compression. It's an mp4 wrapped in flash from what I understand. I don't know if the quality difference would be THAT noticeable really.
