Wwc doesn't pay our studio

This is a formal notice of representation on behalf of my client Olivia GmbH/ Julia Reaves Productions SCP. The corresponded Power of attorney is attached.



As you have not paid the amount of USD 700.00 our client has requested to inform you that he wishes to terminate the above referenced contract.



Please settle the outstanding service fee of USD 700.00 arising from your usage of our client´s content in February 2010 to our client´s bank account by



10 September 2010.



On this occasion we would like to remind you that you announced this payment by E-Mail on June 29 (E-Mail is attached).

This is the 2nd time someone has accused them of not paying studios.

Im not trying to be a dick, but i doubt that your Spanish attorney has a license to practice Law in LA.


The best you can hope for is to get a default judgement in Spain, and thats if you have someone serve them in LA. Then hope WWC has assets in Spain that you can "lien." with your default judgment.


This is all way long-shot and unrealistic. In short your words and your GFY letters=nothing, you will get nothing.
