The Milli Vanilli Movie

Hi, I heard time ago that Universal Pictures was developing a film about the lip-synching combo.
Girl you know is true?

I'll Blame It on the Rain

They may as well subtitle the movie. It's not like anyone expects the movements of their lips to match what's being said anyways. :1orglaugh

This has to be a joke. They are such fucking queers. This could be one of the biggest mistakes Hollywood could make :1orglaugh

They were shit and we know it but they were pretty much treated as if they were the criminals of the decade (one of them to the point of suicide) for doing what is pretty common in music today.

Isn't their fifteen plus minutes of fame up?

He died of a drug overdose.

Their Executive Producer does better now, he produce songs for Alicia Keys

Pretty common??? 99.9 % of the singes do it on stage because they can not dance and exert themselves that much and still sing like that.. Madona talked about this one time and it was the reason for her starting the working out so hard.

May I remind you of Hollywoods biggest mistake yet.

I wouldn't say its common for a group to be nothing more than faces, having someone else do all of the music/singing. Maybe the monkees did it. Other than that I can think of any. Sure, lots of pop "musicians" lip sync on stage but its not the same.

This is gonna be even bigger than Middlemen!

LOl they were really something back then! It would be an interesting project.

When the Ibiza type dance tracks were all the rage, I often wondered how many of the pretty girls fronting them in videos and on chart shows like Top of The Pops were actually the ones singing on the track.

I agree they were shitty but I don't think in retro they deserved as much vilification.
