Anyone have any experience converting 404 and exit traffic?

I send my 404 traffic and exits to sponsors, if they dont have a credit card or its foreign traffic then it goes to a dialer.

I send most of my 404 traffic to a splash page with banners and some text links to the appropriate sponsors matching that traffic.

If your asking which sponsors? I use moneytree, ARS and maxcash.

Thanks for the info. I didn't word my question very well. I know there are some sites that specifically deal in 404 traffic, and that's what I was actually wondering about. But, I think I get the idea.
