As we are were performing a chargeback report for each of our affiliates, we discovered that the sales you have been sending resulted in a chargeback ratio of over 2% (2.99%) over the past 6 months which has unfortunately forced us to close your EuroRevenue affiliate account in accordance with our general terms and conditions and Visa regulations. Voided payouts partly cover card issuer penalties. Card card regulations make it necessary to terminate all affiliate accounts with a chargeback ratio over 2%.

Please remove all sales material and stop sales referring from your sites as none of your referrals will be allowed to subscribe to any of our services.

Step 2, clean out excising affiliates
Step 3, tell GFY it was all the blame of the webmaster
Step 4, close it all
Step 5, start a new venture, and start all over again
Step 6, go to step 1

The same happened to me today. What a coincidence that this happened they day before their affiliate program will be shut down. NOT!
