Azoogle (now epicdirect)
or
Inuvo (formally primaryads)


I heard Hydranetwork is good too, but I wouldn't personally know because they no longer accept applications unless you can verify $10,000+ in monthly affiliate earnings. :Oh crap

The only thing I don't like about some Mainstream Networks, is that the process of signup is very very long and you must fill so many forms...

ha ha, no it's mainstream much like azoogle. I'm sure any type of affiliate earnings would count, not really sure though. I applied awhile ago and it took them 4 months to respond to my application where they asked to fax proof of affiliate earnings.

Shit, I wish I was earning $120K+ a year. :)
