Looks functional. But unless they improve the browser / general web experience no interest in going back to blackberry.

A lot of corporate users are stuck with Blackberry like it or not, so any upgrade is decent for them . This device will help slow their loss of market share a tad bit. But that's not good enough for RIM to maintain their dominant position for long with Android gaining so much ground so quickly in the overall smartphone market.
