I would say no... you could build a clone for less than $300k, unless it does a steady volume of sales for more than a few months, from more sources than what it appears to have.

Outside of that, the traffic doesn't support the price. The top site's backlinks mostly come from non-english pages, linking to an English site, along with comment spam coming from mainstream tech/gadget sites. I'm sure this boosts the U.S. visitor count by giving it search listings which will die if someone doesn't keep building them.

$300k is a fair amount of dosh. I'd be wanting to be examining stuff VERY closely for that.

In order for you to make your initial investment within the first year it seems like a lot more work and money needs to be put back into that program.
