I just clocked 8 years in this biz this month.
 

I was in briefly from the end of '98 to mid-99, but full-time it's been 8 years now.

And I can't believe I've seen a business model go to shit so fast.

I agree man. I'm at around 13 years now and I'm sickened at what the business has become. It's always been full of dirt bags and thieves, both in the DVD world and online, but it seems now it's worse than ever and totally accepted and embraced so long as someone can get a click or a quick buck from it.

2257, what's that? Shit, it doesn't even matter if you have a site full of "user submitted" 12 year old girls, you can get both billing and hosting for it. There will be no questions and you can just do whatever you want. No one cares anymore. And if they do, you just remove that video or photo and replace it with another one. :Oh crap

Haha yeah can you imagine a Biller even asking any of them for an ID on some of the girls on their sites??

Oh, I do a lot more than just complain.

Epoch randomly checks IDs so I don't know why the others can't. I lost my account over it because they would not accept a redacted ID where I masked out the models home address. They also wanted non-redacted model release which my release has the girls phone number and email address on. Fuck all that. I'm not giving that sort of data to anyone. I've been in this business too long and seen too many fucked up things happed to the girls to just toss their personal info to any prick who asks for it, especially some low level tech stalker who isn't even in their compliance department.

I wish ALL billers AND hosts would check IDs. Let everyone black out the models home address and make us show them their photo and date of birth (to protect the models privacy). It would put an END to all this shit going on. :2 cents:

In the meantime, we are left with the mess we are in. The most trusted company in the 3rd part billing market, and my favorite 3rd party biller, is the biggest accomplice to it all. Go figure. :Oh crap
