Do you mean you coloured a B&W pic? These are genuine captured colour images, the only difference is that they're optically separated/combined with 3 filters.

that is amazing, they look much more recent.

The International Museum of Photography and Film is a few miles from my place at the George Eastman House.

They have a bunch of old stuff just like this from here in the US that's pretty cool to see.

I like this bright red, white, orange and green building. It looks very beautiful.

That's amazing really to see how people lived then in full color.

Of course porn stars gradually revealed more and more over time..

If you like this kind of thing, check out the three part BBC series "The thirties in colour." It's a bunch of footage of colonial India taken by British tourists, essentially. They didn't have the ability to process the colour back then, but it's been re-processed and it's amazing to see so much colour. I think I remember footage of Tibet in there, too. Great stuff.

That photo was taken in 1910 and the woman is Armenian. Armenian women were not able to vote until 1921. I think women were able to start voting in the US in 1920. Just sayin'...
