Domainvalue is based on many thing. on of them is age yes. the other most important thing is actually what keywords the domains has in them. so even if you find a brand new domain new that isnt regged that has two words in it with more than 30 000 searches per month per word the domain is worth money.i have regged domains brnad new names and sold them the same day for up to $$$$ range. the $$$$ have been based on the words and search terms in the name. and npt age. if the same domain had had 10 years age it would have been a $$$$$ name for sure.

for example one of these domains is exgf - the word has a lot of searches . and it comes first in my name of two words = great. the second wordf in it is gallery also alot of searches on that word. this domain is almost premium if you have a look into what kind of searches the words in them has.
