When you can't make money with your products, you sue people. Private is a shit stain on the adult entertainment community. The sooner they're gone the better. The writing is on the wall.

Videobox was always good about licensing and paying, and they've had Private movies on the site forever. Has to be more to the story.

is video box running a tube? or are they being sued for using unlicensed content on their paysite?

they r going after tube site advertisers, which in this case is videobox's white label on several tubes.

Dang I need a job where I can give myself $10 million in loans I don't have to pay back!

So would this mean that other ad buyers can be sued too? Or is it just because the site(s) in question push the vip/WL too much with other peoples content? So they single them out?

As I am sure you know, anyone can be sued in the US. Winning though, is a whole other thing...

Its Private's final desperate attempt to solve their financial problems.
If you are familiar with that company and their performance, you'll notice they are tanking for the past 5 years.

So either they win a couple of lawsuits and cash in on that or they are closing the shop.

Wow Private is in the news almost daily now... it's starting to become my favorite soap.

I think the "premium" being pushed from stolen private videos might be the angle..

I would assume what is pissing Private off is that some tube sites have the "download hq" etc below some of the videos which either leads to xvids or some other private members area. It looks like Private is holding VideoBox acceptable use of it's promotional material.

Will be interesting to see where this one goes. As far as I've seen, both companies are/were honest.
