IAB and Mainstream advertising
 

Anyone have any experience dealing with advertisers who follow IAB standard guidelines to the point of wanting credit established for small amounts (roughly $200), require an invoice and take another 30 days after the campaign to pay? So many hoops to jump through for a few dollars.
