Have you tried digitalpoint or dnforum? You can sometimes pick up undervalued gems in there.

yeah, dnforum can have some quality things from time to time. But the best websites rarely come out for sale. If you have a really good site you could just let it run and collect from it and make more than most people are prepared to pay for it.
