Customers can choose brand Viagra (authentic Pfizer) or generic. Brand actually sells better.

Not particular sure which niches would work best, so far I only have experience with "general" porn traffic. It takes some effort to find out what works but with local country specific traffic I'm seeing that on a $ per unique basis this makes more than regular porn.
