Wich join4free sponsor is the best / paying most and allowing remote signup boxes? Allready use Wegcash but looking for others

I personally think CE Cash is the best. They have signup boxes you can put on your site.

They pay $1.50 (+$15 if the surfer actually signs up for a site). They also convert better for me than Free Ezine Bucks (which only pay $1).

I personally think, that insiteadult is best. Converting 1:3 to 1:5 for me. Others converted like 1:15
