Question for ccbill clients need answer ASAP...
Could anyone try and pull a daily report from some 2-3 different days in july of 2007 or even 2008 then let me know if you see something strange.
I am trying to figure out if its only my own account having reporting issues or is this across the board. I spoke with a ccbill rep moments ago who is checking into it, but even he agreed this was strange and wanted to investigate for me as to why the reports are showing up incorrectly. Now mind you there are currently no reporting glitches or bugs being reported with ccbill. I have a very very good reason for needing this info and will share why this is somewhat disturbing as soon as I have more info...stay tuned |
Talk to mcfadden.
:2 cents: |
I know the little Calendar thing at the bottom to select dates is messed up!
It doesn"t even have a 2010, I just manual put in the dates! |
support bump
|
We all want to know the reason...
Oh, and just like Barefootsies already mentioned, for any and all CCBill questions, "Mcfadden" is your man! |
when you pull up the calendar it really messes up
but if you put the dates in the range manually the reports show fine and they match up too |

I just tried and I am not able to pull the reports. We found out after speaking with ccbill yesterday now check this out..... We made the call to ccbill and the first question that we asked was "are there any issues or bugs regarding stats reporting currently" ccbill responded at first..."no issues being reported what seems to be your trouble" Without accurate and proper fucntioning stats reporting then that raises red flags and concerns me as a client. So I point out to them that for the first time in 6 years I am no longer able to pull day to day reports from several years back. Ccbill rep acknowledges that this is very bizarre and has no idea what is causing this error. ccbill rep then claims "the only reason I can think of is that the system is not allowing you to pull the reports any more" Of course that is the reason why we are calling....as a ccbill client I get prompted from inside the admin on what kind of report I wish to run....day,month,year etc. I enter the data and I receive no error message but I get a report that is erroneous. Long story short.... ccbill rep says he will talk with "tier 2 tech" and see what they know.... 5 minutes later I receive an email that yes they are aware of the bug and it has been going on for guess what????...about a year or so ( around the time that many of us started seeing these erratic sales swings) but the techs currently have no fix... Ok so let me get this right there is a reporting bug that you were not aware of when I first asked, then you email back within 5 minutes and say" oops its been going on for a year BUT there is no fix" I know to the uninitiated this sounds like jibberish, but when you are studying details like a csi Investigator, you cannot leave any stone un turned! There is much more I want to add, but before I waste my time and energy, do any of my colleagues want me to go into this any deeper? I am already surprised that the ccbil schills have not started raining on this thread and assuring us that we are the problem and not ccbill |
i pulled up july10-12 in 2007 and 2008
and july 21-23 in 2008 everything seems to be showing fine |
Well thanks Steve that was very helpful of you. I tried those reports from almost identical dates yesterday and what is happening is I am getting the same exact stats for 7-22-07, 7-23-07, 7-24-07, 7-25-07, 7-26-07 all days have the same form hits, percentages, submissions, denials, all the same!

there is a line in the movie.... "You know you done fucked up now, you do know that don't you" No I mean seriously you know you done fucked up now" I know U ask what does this have to do with stats reporting, well how about we keep the dialogue here on the board and not back and forth thru my private emails. Would not want any of the exchanges to disappear out of my inbox. CCBILL Paul just told the gfy family that he is not aware of any issues with reporting!! We now have you guys dead to rights! You guys are good, I will admit, I will give the credit where its due, it took some ponderance, it took long nights of head scratching, tossing in my sleep, because something did not add up.... many ridiculed, many defended you blindly, but you can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time! you know You done fucked up now don't you.... get the popcorn ready... I will be back I should proceed very cautiously, as I am a lone wolf of sorts. I try and look out for fellow webmasters and newbies who may have gotten burned, but many don't realize the value of hanging together and holding you guys to task. We are like crabs in a barrel and have very little loyalty amongst ourselves. But if you have not seen the movie menace to society, check out the look on the guys face as he knows he just put his foot in his mouth, and like the chief says...."You know you done fucked up! |
I would respectfully ask Mcfadden, Beerbar, and the others who have very similiar concerns to have a seat here with us, I am sure they will be able to shed some additional perspective with where this is heading!

For 7/22/2007 thru 7/28/2007 (which would be week #30 in 2007)
Transaction reports show different for each day. (sales, rebills, etc) But the "Form Hits" report does in fact show the same for all 7 days. So SwirlsGirl is correct as far as the "Form Hits" report. How about "Transaction Reports" Swirlsgirl, what do you show for that report? All the same or different? Do you have any sales during this period? |
After more testing (running reports) it appears there is in fact a bug in the "Form Hits" report (on this old data)
I just ran about 50 or so daily "Form Hit" reports in 2008. The form hits stay the same for each day for a week at a time. From Sunday to Saturday they will stay the same. Then the next week on Sunday it will change again and stay the same all week until the following Sunday. Again the transaction reports show different for each day and this appears to be showing on old data. I tested this current month (Aug 2010) and the form hits are showing different for each day. IMO this is nothing to worry about as far as any missing sales or any wrong doing. |
Also, I would like to add, I am having an above average sales day today and have complete confidence in CCBill.
|
Thank you BV and thank you for looking into it.
I am by no means saying that there may not be a problem with historical data in the Form Hits report, I am just saying that I myself am currently unaware of it. Just so everyone knows, historical data (past 3 months) in the Form Hits report is consolidated by week so it is not actually possible to break it down by day. I will continue to look into the data as well as any problem with the calendar funcionality and update this thread if a problem is found. |

Say what you want BV, you won't be able to Cosign these findings away! You could be having a record sales day today and it would not negate the fact that we have in our possession the ever elusive rosetta stone. let the translation begin....oh very weird how you would bring up "missing sales" If anyone is paying attention to this thread and they should, I never mentioned "missing sales" What would you say if someone announced on TV that a passenger ship called the "scammer" sunk at 2:30 pm but then at 2:45 pm the scammer ship is just showing its first signs of distress... how do you say transparent? You would say damn the only one who knew the ship was sinking before it sank was the one responsible for it sinking in the first place! In other words we are focused on errant ccbill stats reporting, and you veer of course and bring up "missing sales" when no one else made the assertion. |
Seriously why don't you guys quit while there still time, can anyone else see the panic starting to settle in? I see your post being edited as well, it may be wise for you guys to think fast and speak slow at this point...
Now before this ends badly for you guys, do you want to have another look at my account and just see if it is something that you have been overlooking for the past year? In fact why don't you do that, and have a look. You know just like the look you had in early 2009 where you found there were "some issues" with my settings! Because I certainly have found "some issues" with your "stats reporting" and your integrity! |

And same error when doing a form hit reports for '07 '08, do a search for a week and only shows a single day (1st day in the search string).

They fucked up and they know it, its a shame that the gfy family is more concerned with abserd mindless banter on topics that having nothing to do with adult biz.. I knew it would be a matter of time before we would have what we needed! There is no longer any doubt with us. Just trying to figure out what to do with this information. You would be surprised to know the clever tactics they employ to cover their tracks. Now the question becomes is it the entire staff in on the scam or is it just a few insiders, that too we will know soon enough! |
why do u use ccbill then? no one is forcing you too
|
Quote:
are you talking to them to try to fix your problem or are you just trying to cause more drama? so some cron job didnt run on an archive reporting box and you are trying to spin it like ccbill has been stealing your money? |
Quote:
If you just wish to start drama here that is fine however if you would like for us to investigate any issues you are having with our systems I would certainly be happy to do so. |

are you serious? why dont you contact ccbill before you start a gfy thread hinting that they are crooks? |
ccbill is zapping my brain with microwaves. please stop.

Are you serious, why don't you read the opening thread more closely and see that they were contacted first, before I posted the thread, be that as it may... you guys have your fun laugh, castigate, polish the ever so precious nut sack of the ccbill team I know what I know, I am hardly alone, not sure where or why my colleagues who have very similiar concerns are not here to back me up, but is ok... Yeah its a little more complicated than "why are you using them... nobody is forcing you, etc." That is not the issue.... None of you geniuses are going to succeed at redefining the issue... the issue at hand... whether you insult me personally, insult my site, insult whatever... the issue front and center is the fact that many NOT JUST ME, but many webmasters who seem to be far more intelligent than I am have already made numerous threads about their concerns and questions about ccbill stats PERIOD. So to make a mockery out of me with your 30 or so cumulative gfy posts, attacking and besmirching the messenger...to me shows the desperate attempts to cloud and confuse the issue! Why not say hey lets here what she has to say...lets get the facts out in the open... then make a judgment....nah you guys don't play fair and you know it.... Still you know you done fucked up....nothing you can hurl at this point will be able to handle the weight of the truth... You guys are drunk off your own chicanery and if you think it is something that you can forever conceal... you don't understand the immutable laws of the universe |

Mad swings in sales and errors in denial tracking is what I encountered. Also a clash of ethics with some over there regarding effective ways to sell the join page. Preferential treatment, policies that seem to be made up on the fly, etc. I'd like to know what information you've got. Only reason I could think to intentionally screw with past form hits is to skew the form hit/approval percentage. All I know is that I thought my sales should have been at least 5% of form hits if not higher and they were nowhere close to that. |
CCBill sales SUCK ASS today. Tho glad to hear BV is rocking. LOL
Mondays in August? |

I'm not even going to reply to Swirlsgirl any more. She obviously has too many wrinkles in her tinfoil hat. However, both of you don't have to use CCBill. If they are as bad as both of you say they are, and for months both of you have been saying this, Why do you still use them? If you think they are cheating you quit using them. MrPeabody, you already have Paycom set up. Are you saying you don't experience the same fluctuations with them? If not, why don't you just leave them as primary and pick another secondary? Anyways, good luck to you both. BV |

This is hardly a bluff, I am hardly a conspiracy theorist, I hardly expect to have record sales all the time, I am not irrational, or unreasonable, I know like many of you where there is smoke there is sure to be fire. There has been smoke for the better part of a year and no matter how many of you come in and cosign for CCBILL with a whopping 15 gfy post count, or 20 for that matter, hell some of you big boys with 15,000 posts could be schilling for them its hard to say...it will do nothing to change the fact that we now know what we know! but most of you with the questions and concerns can now relax, without feeling like a weirdo, or idiot,or lamer because we now have what many of you have desperately tried to garner! Don't worry they are going to come in and make a few more comments that will ultimately help illustrate our point. |

Oh and BTW, this thread was started on Sunday, not today. (Monday) Today sales are normal so far for me. Not above average like yesterday. |

AND I merely mentioned that sales suck TODAY. No other complaint was mentioned in regards to CCBill and/or Paycom (Epoch). So: get your fucking facts straight Teach. Merely stating a fact - sales suck TODAY - is not a "complaint". A Complaint would be: "Sales suck with CCBill, all the time, every day, wtf?" I have not - and never have - stated this. MY complaints (and you can check every thread/post I've ever made about this issue for confirmation) have been about CONSISTENCY and ODD & UNEXPLAINABLE SALES PATTERNS. So: get your facts straight. Finally: If I am experiencing the above mentioned "issues" with only ONE processer then you must think me a didactic moronic retarded infidel idiot for not thinking of switching/dropping CCBill. Clearly, I am not. The worst I can be accused of, perhaps, is arguing with someone who corrects me then riddles the rest of his post with inaccuracies. Ergo: me stupid. </retort> |

BTW: I've actually been very happy with CCBill lately, and thankful for all the attention and help PaulK (and others) have given me and my account. I really like CCBill and the trust they engender in both surfers and affiliates so that's why I stick with them, and want to work with them to overcome the issues I've mentioned.
Still, sales suck today. LOL Of course, traffic is crappy, too, so again: Mondays in August? :) |
Without facts this thread is useless. :error
Beyond the fact that it's against GFY rules to call someone a scammer or say they're scamming without providing proof, it actually DOES make you look like a loon when you keep saying you have proof and don't post it. If you have proof, now's the time to show it before the ban-hammer strikes. |
Quote:
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=982701 Now it really does tie in with what I have to share... not sure if it is a preemptive strike from them or someone just trying to further enlighten you ccbill drones who call me a loon, you should be ashamed of yourselves... What the fuck do you think I have to gain from making these statements, you think I need your attention.... let me assure you I don't need attention from any of you! I receive no brownie points, hell I hardly receive any back up from the rest of you but its cool. After this comes out, I won't use GFY for anything again. I pursue this because I am stats hog, and I became very close to my stats over the years and knew them like the back of my hand. Then I started seeing EXTREMELY Bizarre patterns that I have never seen after 5 years, and started asking questions getting no where but anyways now I am more interested in this new thread... I don't know who dropped the following thread but what I have to share is now the least of ccbill's worries.......... Timing could not be better! check this and we shall return https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=982701 |
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??????
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=982701 I kNOW IT MUST BE A SIDE ISSUE...NOTHING TO DO WITH ERRONEOUS STATS REPORTING... NOTHING TO SEE GFY GO BACK TO SLEEP...DRINK YOUR TAP WATER, BREATHE YOUR SKY VITAMINS ..... EVERYTHING IS FINE, there is no way there could ever be an issue with ccbill ... B V and ccbill said so...it is settled thank you that is all! WOW, if what I had to share was a hand grenade then this info should be a nuclear bomb UN FUCKING REAL .... we Must be approaching the singularity |
Stop the Joan of Arc impression and just post what you have.
My God, is it all that difficult to be forthcoming? Or are you wanting to see who can be more deflective with the facts, you or CCBill? So far, you're winning. |

the following thread is a whole new can of worms that has been opened just tonight 8-16-2010 10:30 Pm eastern time, I suggest you read it yourself and see if my information is still needed! I mean if this is even half true whats in this thread then I repeat Swirlsgirl is the least of there problems right now https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=982701 |
I'm not a casual reader and the other thread offers nothing new if no one else in this thread is seeing what you saw. Unless some hacker has found the same exploit and is only after YOU. I followed the same steps as stever and got perfectly good data as well.
I honestly can't understand why you just can't come out and disclose whatever smoking gun evidence you have. Is it really that difficult? You seem articulate enough, surely you can explain why you think some or all of CCBill employees are involved in a scam, as you claimed earlier. As for the whole new "can of worms" from the other thread, why can't you just finish your own? FWIW, I'm not interested in protecting CCBill but since I use them I want to protect my business, so maybe I want to know what you've discovered. You claim to have important information. Quit shitting around and just post it! |
