Should tour page webmaster $$$ links have a referral code?
 

I see some sites are nice enough to put your ref ID in there but most just have a no ref link going to their program..

I think it's only fair if a webmaster found your site from my link or ad and wants to sign up and promote it I should get my cut..:disgust

It should already be in the initial tracking cookie.

Nope. Maybe for some. Most of the time though it's just a hardlink to their program no cookie or anything. Sometimes even a "surfer or webmaster?" page that doesn't carry over the ref code for the surfers.
