Regarding Epassporte
 
THANK YOU to Michael Olsen of Epassporte for the effort in turning my account back on. It is working now. Actually it probably always was on, just not at my location. It appears to have been technical in nature pertaining to my IP address. Must admit I don't understand the issue, but the point is the account is working for me! In the couple of days down another deposit was received so an even happier camper to see things working again.

MO responded to all emails in a timely fashion and I believe through these efforts with the Epassporte staff made things happen! Thank you again!!!!

GFY proved to be more than just a social experience as it provided a means for me to find MO and resolve a problem that is business related.

There is no question that the services provided by Epassporte have facilitated business transactions for me over the years. That would include more than just reciept of sponsor payments.

Good to know he's helping solve problems on epassporte, but it makes you think, that every week or so, we read on gfy how much he helped people out in such normal, non-complicated cases. Things that should be done in minutes by their regular service. I think that says a lot about epass in general...

Without Michael, I would stop using epass after the support took 8 months to reply my email 4 years ago. Michael usually takes less than 24 hours.

Clearly Michael resolved what could have been a nightmare. I suspect (not 100% sure?) I woud have eventually tried from a different network which would have casued my attempts from a much different IP. That issue never occoured to me given that I could get to the site. I did attempt on different PCs and browsers.

Perhaps Michael should be put in charge of all support. I will keep using Epassporte. The service provided is needed. Give Epassporte credit for having MO on board to provide a service to a particular industry. I am sure the efforts have retained buisness for the company.
