Whats the difference between hand submitting a gallery and auto submitting?

people say its best to hand submit, but why? are the results that different?
its so tedious, and how do reviewers know if something is hand submitted or auto submitted?

lol at hand submitting galleries in 2010 unless It's to a few big partner accounts.

the difference? about 2 or 3 hours of very tedious form filling

You have to submit manually by hand, because you can better optimize the submission to each different source. For example, http://www.thehun.com (huge site with lots of traffic) may have many unique rules and the rules may change from time to time. You may get 3 sales just by getting one of your galleries listed there.

A good submitter like Chameleon anticipates the rules of each site in its DB and as i seem to recall also allows you to add different descriptions depending on the length allowed.

right to the money :winkwink: spcly thehun is a good site to place HAND submitted galls (out of the norm looking - i wont tell what sorta content and format of coz) ... ok, not all galls make it to the front page but if, then they are always good for 2-3 sales (sometimes more so well worth the 5 minutes of work) ... about 90% of mine make it :winkwink:

All you need is a handfull of good partner accounts.

Why pay for an auto submitter for that?

Chameleon Submitter is the way to go.... If you're living in the year 2003.
