Hey bud, contact me, I can't get a straight answer out of the live chat or by email. I have been waiting for a week to get my site approved and I'm starting to get pissed. I don't know if my site is ok or not, Jesper says one thing and David says a another. All I want is a straight answer and get my site approved.

well I still haven't heard from anyone, sent a email to tomas yesterday, sent about 7 emails to support, I've given up on live chat

maybe you should simply drop them and move to some other billing option

Are you still going to stick with them? If you can't even get a response out of them, I don't see how saving $750 on visa registration and a handful of points on transactions is worth it.

I have done a number of sites for myself through them, as well as for consulting clients, and never had an issue. Best of luck to you bud.
