Test SERVER connection speeds from around the world??

I remember seeing a link posted here that let you basically test how fast your server connection is from different points in the world. Does anyone have a link for it? I think someone was pitch CDN and they made a tool to compare their servers with yours.

thanks man, that's a good one... the one I was looking for I think had a map and it was all graphical and stuff.
