Maybe 100% free would work better if you guarantee a deadline. Anyone can price over the top so 25% does not effect your work schedule.

It's not true, and even if we deliver a week late, the project has still been done and the client get it. And anyway, if it was our intension, our lifetime would be very short.. Our reputation worth more than playing with numbers. And actually, I prefer to not take the work when the confidence is not there. Our goal is to let you know exactly where you go ... We waste too much money in the past with outsourcing company, that is why we have decided to do what should be a good outsourcing company that respect itself

Which deadline is guaranteed? All of them? Initial comp mockup all the way to final delivery?

So you are still not guaranteeing work will be finished at the right time then?

Guarantees are just another promise. Keep the deadlines and let your actions speak for themselves.
