Gossipkings.com adverts. Attention!
I have noticed that lots of web-masters start sending traffic to Gossipkings.com affiliate program. So I want to warn these people from possible troubles. The thing is that I have experience working with this company and its policy.
In recent days I decided to find out some new websites (adult-profit with which I used to work for many years and all of them are also closed). Mr. Marc contacted me via ICQ for many times and offered me to work with their websites. At first time I was confused with rumors that concerned their business. Despite this Marc said that their company had been working for 2 years and they had perfect reputation. Thus they always payed to their affiliates even when some troubles with WMC appeared. So I had decided to redirect my traffic to their websites. I had 10 sales for first two days. A day later I had noticed that they charged off an account 1 refund. Frankly speaking I was confused because in PPS area affiliate program takes upon themselves such expenses. So I had to contact to Marc. Here's his answer to me: "Yeah, we do deductions on chargebacks and refunds. We don't make any money on those. In fact we lose money. But at this point we need to talk anyway as we've suspended your account while we look into it." As I have said it sounds very strange. It means that this affiliate program will have all our rebills and at the same time webmasters have to pay all the expenses. But that is not the point. I was very surprised with the fact of my suspend account. Why? In fact I can't take my money out of the company. To add they can go without it if they want to check me. Within two days I had 11 sales (I counted them after email confirmation). At last I got an answer from Marc: "We've actually banned your account now, not just suspended it. We've banned it for fraudulent transactions." What did he mean? Fraud? I tried to explain that I have been working on this market for 6 years. What's more there are some affiliate programs which I worked with from the first day they started working. I have lots of websites (cj,tgp, blogs, gallery traffic) and more than 200 k visitors per day. Lots of autoritative webmasters working in this niche know me. So they can confirm my honesty. It's stupid to do such things for me! I have been working here for many years and I am not going to quit. Having so many reasonable facts all my words seem to be empty for this affiliate program and its owners. My account is still blocked. I wanna say a few words about refunds. The previous day before it happened Marc gave me an access to websites' member zone. No one video was available – I just read "video not found"! I immediately reported about this. According to Marc answer he didn't have idea about that error. But he promised to fix it as soon as possible. It means that video content hadn't been available for lots of time. And I don't know how much time it took to solve the problem. Perhaps that was the reason of my refunds!? I don't know...I strongly feel that administration (owners) should have solved the problem before I was identified as a fraud. With all the mentioned I offer you to think twice before working with this company. I faced troubles after 6 days since I started working with them. You can send traffic to their websites for 2 weeks (and wait for hold) and as a result you'll be treated as a fraud and your account will be blocked! It might be that they were wrong about me and once they'll unblock my account but now I am really confused. In the future we'll be able to collaborate with them in case they understand me. (I have told Marc about my turnover). Thanx for your attention. |
That sucks, but the fact of the matter is that Marc Womack is a scumbag.
|
are you surprised?
|
you got womacked
|
I'm glad fris told me who was behind that program, before I started to send any real traffic.
|
omg i am actually sending traffic and sales to dirtyteencelebs.com ... i must take a closer look now ...
|
a couple things. let me wise you up. take heed to my words.
in regards to chargebacks and refunds. no they don't absorb it. it's very common to reverse chargebacks and refunds on affiliates. programs are not responsible to eat it. if your account is not profitable they cannot run a business. it's a two way street. many programs take sales back on credits and refunds. get over it. especially now. you PPS mongers had better learn the way of the world. |
The Marc Womac who still owes me a ton for traffic sent to MA.
Wont touch that program with a 40 ft pole .. |
stay away from this program, they steal from others amongst other things
|
people never learn.
|
Marc Womac = scammer
don't deal with gossipkings |
they are big content stealers too. look on front page of gfy. stealing from vivid.
|
Could be a mistake but.. why would a program turn away an affiliate sending 5 sales a day if it WASN'T fraud?
|
Funny where this industry has come to. An affiliate program paying $40 per signup are being called scammers because they try to protect themselves from fraud and not profitable affiliates.
You're all a bunch of retards when you think an affiliate program would 'steal' one affiliate's payout for no reason (+ bad publicity), while he is sending them 5 sales a day. |

marc still owes a lot of people money. until he pays them i'd assume people are going to kick you in the nuts alot. |

Hey Mike, why dont you *TRY* and have me silenced like a cry baby. We had a good laugh over your poor attempts, take your medication btw. |
Devil's advocate on this but, if the affiliate was suspected of carding which it looks like it could have been... it makes sense to suspend the account in order to stop it from continuing. They can't tell if it was the affiliate or his site was chosen by someone else who was doing it. Since he had only been sending the traffic for 2 days (?) it wasn't a good start. There's no history there to defend himself with.
|
they claim to have docs on all their gf stuff
post some pics to back up your post |
they want you to send your screenshots before they allow you to signup. that is enough, if they dont want your traffic, fuck off losers
|
and again someone shows fris how much of a hypocrit he is..
Bitchslapped much fris? Lol! Quote:

When I started my business I worked with my first affiliate program Adult-Profit. I worked with it until it closed. I had more than 1000 signups for the whole working period! If I was a fraud I wouldn't be able to be treated as a reliable and well-tried webmaster. Unfortunately for obvious reasons they won't admit and confirm this fact. So then I worked with Rehabdollars affiliate program. Here's a screen shot: http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/2547/rehp.jpg I worked as a good affiliate and administration raised my commissions per each sale. If representatives of Elitedollars/Triplexcash/Mr.skin cash would be so kind they can check my sales and give their opinion. I should admit that I have no such a big turnover with these companies but I have been working with them for a quite long period. I really fail to understand what do these signups mean? Perhaps somebody wanted to get an access to your websites using stolen credit cards? It fell out that your anti fraud system identified me as a fraud but it's a mistake!!! I want to remind you that I have more than 200k visitors per day. Please be prudent and help me to solve my problem. As you know having this amount of traffic it's easy to get 3-5 and even 10 signups per day. You have already seen some of my sites. As you remember after having checked out my resources you offered me to work with you. All my domains and statistics can be sent you via ICQ. Thanx for attention. |
thehan has been sending us traffic since April 2007 and we have had no issues. From my experience he's a good affiliate and definitely is NOT in the fraud business.

OMG!!!!! You have discovered a secret of the Internets!!!! How ever did you figure out how to do a reverse lookup? WOW! |
Seriously, GossipKings is completely retarded for even hiring some sleezoid like Marc Womack. Secondly (and like many others) I would never ever work with a company that employed such a scammer.
I don't know if thehan frauded anyone and I tend to think not, but I do find it slightly amusing that Marc would get cry about scammers when he's the king of them :) |
It is like pointing at someone and saying they are a murderer while holding a severed head in your hands.
Do you think you look better for posting this information, or worse? Quote:

After reading this thread I feel like somebody placed his balls on thehan's head.

Love working with you The Han, lets chat soon... seems like we need to do some more traffic/joins together :thumbsup |
First of all I want to say that I really appreciate your comments and opinions about me! Thanks a lot, guys!
Due to your reaction Gossipkings affiliate program failed to continue their tricks so they had to keep silent. So it has become clear that they were wrong about me and my activity! Despite anything I managed to have a chat with them via ICQ. The point is that they're very angry about my sincere thoughts and public posting about them. So my account has been completely blocked and I guess for ages! Of course they won't pay out my commissions. Now I want to post a quotation that will definitely amuse the owners of other affiliate programs! Here it is: "We have the most advanced fraud tools of all of the programs you work with I can guarantee you that and unlike these other programs we take it very serious. If they wish to take on your traffic then that's their choice. We've chosen not to as your traffic set off all kinds of alerts at our end which in the end let us to cancel your account. " Even in this fuc*ing situation they want to look better. I do know that they're proceeding to gather other webmasters and of course they seem to be extremely honest. As you know they did the same things with me. So now I want to address to unaware potential webmasters! Dear friends! You'd better to read this topic carefully to avoid my and other webmasters' mistakes! If you're not sure with provided info about Gossipkings you can find out their another project – amakings.com! If you're lucky to keep your account active, tomorrow it will be blocked! In this case you can face much more troubles and lose more money! Why do you risk? That's exactly why 'Rehabdollars' managed to cheat their affiliates and stole big money. The thing is that lots of webmasters trusted them and continued sending traffic to their websites! Be attentive and take away your traffic from them! If not you will lose your money! Now I am going to tell one more story and it's pretty short. My friend told me this story so listen. He had been working with them for a short period. As a result he earned about some $k. When it was time for payouts Gossipkings blocked his account!!! Then they had grievances about fraud sign-ups! Don't you think it looks like my situation? After having chatted with him they decided to pay him some money but not the whole profit. So he got $520. Then he took that money and after two days his Epassporte account was blocked! It looks like whimsical coincidence! It turned out that Gossipkings called back their money! At that time there were no money in his Epassporte account so it was blocked! Besides that he was deceived, he had problems with Epassporte administration! If this guy is reading this post now he can prove my words! Please write this story in detail! |
I think this is a sucky situation for both the affiliate and the program. I love AMA/Gossip Kings and probably always will because their sites convert like crazy. If six other programs are coming in and saying The Han is all that and a bag of chips, then I'd imagine he had nothing to do with the fraud. Most likely it was a cracking group that had a carder and he decided to get some passwords to pass out and be 1337 for a day... Most cracking groups frown on carding for passwords when you can just bruteforce for them much easier... Or hack the programs software...
Timing was probably the issue here more than anything else. But there are plenty of programs to send you traffic to so move on... |
Hard sell ICQ program spam is generally a red flag.

I know thehan for many years, he is great webmaster and everybody in celebrity niche know him.

interesting

Marc Womack owe so many people money from MA.
I would stay away from AMA/GossipKing. |
Conspiracy theory on this...
What about if a rival Celebrity Sponsor had noticed that The Han had started promoting Gossip Kings; not happy he did his best to get The Han's account banned. The Han makes a lot of money without needing to get up to mischief and more importantly he's never seemed like the type of guy to do something like that. Also Gossip Kings would be mad to ban The Han; unless someone had stiched both him (and them) up making him seem like a carder |
10 month old thread bump?
