This design is probably the crown jewel in my showcase, it took a lot of pre-planning and design ideas but it is finally complete.

You got me to signup and promote your thieving friends in Montreal and when they fucked me out of $4,000 I asked you pitch in for $200 so I could file for the small claims action. I don't have a fucking special needs child and never said I did. That happened in what, 2006?

The design wasn't meant for me to use...he asked for images to make a mock-up layout to sell as a template and I agreed. looks nice! :)

So that was in May as you can see...now from that conversation would you think that I would get the design to use since I provided copyrighted exclusive photos for him to use? I certainly would think so. Not sure how else you could take that.

Now if you were me, what would you do? What would you expect from this? I'm not fucking stupid and this seems really clear that someone is trying to profit from the use of my exclusive content without paying me anything or giving me the design, don't you think?

Maybe Holly Randall or Buzz Aziani or Penthouse might have an issue with our shared content being used without permission for his profit?

I didnt have my history from back then and thats what you copy and pasted to me earlier today, completely out of context with what was posted above, i see you also removed that section from your post above.

So yeah I clearly said you can use something along these lines for a gallery and you can clearly see i never once said for a paysite, im not that stupid.

I've created a master piece here, people started asking you about it and you thought you could have it for free now its getting attention.

So as requested i will remove your images, easily replaced, as per our initial agreement you were there as a placeholder and you did give me permission to use them.

Expect it to be gone within 3 hours ;)

yes with permission for you to "practice with to hone your skills" then you liked it and decided to try and sell it and not allow me to use it. I don't even really like it that much but there are parts I would have used so i asked for it, which you agreed I could use it if I had a use. is that not clear? and i didn't take shit out of context.

you were free to use it for a gallery like you mentioned, never for a tour, your photo could of been of anybody, i asked you and got your permission because i thought you were reasonable, the design got some serious attention and now you want it, well no, as ive already stated the images will be removed, no big problem at all.

I'm getting "404".
