Ted Stevens corrupt ex-senator and internet tube expert in plane crash
 

It appears the corrupt SoB, was in a plane crash and they are holding off saying if he's alive or dead, so my guess he's dead. 5 of the 9 on board were confirmed dead but they wont say which he was among.

All jokes aside I think the latest news is dude actually died in the plane crash and that's sad regardless of your political affiliation. I wonder what the inevitable conspiracy theory on this whole plane crash will be.

His long tenure in the Senate was terminated when he was convicted on 7 counts of providing false testimony before a Federal Grand Jury (the conviction was later vacated by Attorney General Eric Holder).

BTW, this was not the first plane crash which Stevens was involved in. Back in 1978 he was one of only two survivors of a plane crash which claimed the life of his wife, Ann.

I never much cared for the politics of Ted Stevens, however it is truly unfortunate that he has passed in this manner, if indeed that is the case.

Not to mention his house had a big extension added on it for free by a govt contractor. I guess they just wanted to show their support for his long service to this country..

It appears it's now been announced he's dead.. TBH I'm surprised this didn't make much more of a stink as he was one of the fuckers that was trying to screw us all a while back with support of doing away with net neutrality and so forth. (even though he couldn't even send a fucking E-mail he was expert enough to take bribes from the tel com/cable companies)
