When you find out who owns it and get their contact info please let me know. Omar sold out and vanished right after borrowing some money, I wonder if/when I'll learn.

To any others:

This is Rico, with WontonMedia (PanchoDog.com, CountDuhMoney.com, etc)

We purchased SiteDepth from Omar Sefian in February of 2010.

We emailed clients, posted on GFY and other forums and have added a support suite, multiple ICQ's and revamped the site: www.SiteDepth.com

I had thought more people were aware we had purchased it.

That said and without going into details that are better left buried:

Had we known the extent of the problems Omar had with previous clients, we would not have purchased the business. I understand as a previous SiteDepth client, a client of NATS, MPA3, and many many more software and script providers, that support is difficult and not always what you expect.

We have done our best while not charging for the majority of issues that have come in.

It is sad to see people not understand this.

We could have just let it go under (with Omar) and hundreds of people would be in a lot of trouble.

Instead, we decided to take it over and make it better. We will launch a new version in the following months to come.

Since then, we have installed a support suite and fixed any client issues as best we could, while at the same time trying to maintain SiteDepth as a business.
Yet, we have been bombarded with issues we cannot collect on, as they were 'problems, promises, issues' from the previous owner.

In short, we are doing our best to make this work.

Good luck getting support from them. We spent almost 6 months chasing them for support, and they just either ignored us or gave us the run around.

Use another CMS company prepared to follow through with their promises. Sorry if its because of a past owner or whatnot, but once bitten twice shy.

I am sure that there are other options out there. But i like to think they we will give a cheaper and better solution than most.
