I can give you some pointers here and there on what works or not, but ultimately you are doing the work on these sites. If you need additional mentoring, or coaching, you will need to pay for it. That is correct.

You can use your own, license some, sponsor, or spider. Typically those buying or licensing a bunch of content would opt for a XXXCMS version where you are doing a tube pay site, and it's build more for that. But the choice is yours.
