These are some of the people I used to train with back in Bedford, My home town where I had a few competions with guys that are well known across the world, returning with trophys for 1st place & others. Good luck for your boys there... but to be honest, the fella on the left looks very unfit & fat. :( |

DirtyDanza, how many hours a day does Roy Nelson train? He must eat boatloads of bacon or something to stay that fat. He's a tough motherfucker and took some brutal punches tonight, but I think he could even out some fights like this by getting in better physical shape. Most people would've been out in the first round taking those vicious punches.

Oh man I don't even want to get into it. Chael deserved that one. I bet all americans so I still came up on top thanks to Hughes, Fitch, and Guida... But damn Roy and Chael let me down, those were the ones I cared about.
