Anyone using Ad-minister (WP plugin ) ??

I just updated my old blogs to WP 3.1 and install Ad-minister on it but it give me some error:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/xxxkard/public_html/mysite.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 302

Any help is welcomed ,thx
