And after that upload your own clips to them with URL watermark, and you can get a backlink to your site if you contact them. So you can benefit from his insane traffic

Yep, no problems with piracy here. Adapt or die! 1,000 pirate tube sites with 100,000 40 minute videos on each is great for the industry. Those surfers will want to pull out their credit cards for sure! :disgust

Seriously, I'd probably hit up http://www.removeyourcontent.com if you don't know how to handle this and don't want to use your own legal representation. They seem serious about this type of thing. In addition maybe consider forming an alliance with your fellow content owners to jointly go after some of these guys legally (especially those with U.S. ties) as well and set some legal precedents. Try to get them to state under penalty of perjury that they never have uploaded any such content themselves or have knowledge of it. If it can later be proven that they committed perjury maybe you can put some of them in jail? A group of 100 small-medium sponsors would be a lot harder to buy off or intimidate as well. :2 cents:

Never heard of this site. And by that I mean this is the 34892739472394827th thread mentioning them and/or other big tube sites.

I will say this - I've noticed a certain irony...3 or 4 posts in the past week of people linking to YouJizz videos asking who a certain girl is. I guess that's the tube of choice for webmasters?

the guy who runs XHamster will pull down your content fast when you bring it to his attention. It is a PITA that you have to find and it and send it to him but he is good about removing it. I have had much harder times with other tubes in the past
