What gets me is the core2 Quads are still $150+ even though they are old technology and now they have the brand new stuff at $200. I was expecting them to drop to $100 or less.

I am a i7 freak as well... we had a machine custom built by MESH in the UK... for our HD video stuff... it is pretty quick lol :thumbsup

webmaster shit, video encoding, video editing, pretty much everything, since its my only desktop at the moment, but i would rather have an imac, which I might go down that route later.
