Not a rule of thumb I'd go by. Things change. Give it time rather than # of hits you send..depending, of course, on how you'rew promoting them. TGP traffic, less time than, say SE promotion.

I used to mostly use pps programs from big guys like ars, but not I am sending more traffic to quality partner programs.

My ARS conversion lately was like 1:6,000 The thing of it is, all of these programs seem to go thru these cold stretches lately. I think there is very serious fudging at the processor level. Its as if someone turns off a switch for a few days, and then when they turn the switch back on things are back to normal.

Did you read the part where he said he didn't even know he was promoting ARS? He was not managing his account. This is not to say that all our webmasters do great even when they manage their traffic, but expecting great conversion ratios is amazing when you don'y even know about the traffic your sending or where your sending it.

I use ARS too, and the conversion sux lately. Um Phantom, how the f do you get such high conversion rates, or is asking that a no-no?
