I can't believe these fuckers can't stay in business... Now I'm stuck with yet another useless DSL modem...

I love this classic line in their letter to me...

"Please do not call DIRECTV customer service regarding your DIRECTV DSL high-speed Internet service, as they will not be able to help you."

Can you get a cable modem?

I dunno yet... I'll have to wait and see... I have until Jan 16, but I've already noticed problems with my connection recently... Like last night my connection went down... Fuck that explains it.
