Steve Young Has The Best TD of all Time

Although I'm not even a 49ers fan, this one gets my pick:

Great grand kid of Brigham Young.

He is also a very generous and compassionate person. I've had the pleasure of meeting him when my fraternity helped with a telethon back in the early 90s.

Joe "I won 4 Super Bowls with San Fransisco" Montana and Steve "I only won one" Young.

on the flip side of the SF vs Vikes footage. This is one of the best throws I have ever seen. especially since it came in the last play of the game

So true. Both are great QB's though, but I would have to give the higher nod to Montana.

There are some Montana-to-Rice moments that would rival this Steve Young play, but I think anyone with an ounce of football sense in their head would agree that in a "top 100 greatest play moments in football" the top 10 would be riddled with 49er plays.

New season starts in 5 weeks.

GO NINERS!

I've always liked Steve Young.

I just watched The 100 Greatest Touchdowns in NFL History on youtube (in 6 parts) and wow there are MANY amazing touchdowns I had never seen before.

Joe Montana who threw "The Catch" and led the niners down the field in one of the best drives in Super Bowl history to beat the Bengals in Super bowl XXIII

yo imma let you finish but beyonce had one of the best touchdowns of all time

I kinda like that one where Marino acted like he was going to just down the ball to stop the clock and caught the other team off guard by quick releasing it out to his wide receiver for a TD which I think won them the game. :)

( couldn't find a youtube video of it )

i concur for a RB to run like that is pretty amazing, much less a QB. Nice assist from Rice there with the last block that sprung him free.

That was an awesome play, but the catch was better than the throw. Wing it to the endzone and pray. :1orglaugh

I hate the Niners with all my heart but Steve Young was the best QB I ever saw play.
