Can I use "DBAN" to wipe clean External Drives????

or any other suggestions?

When i run the ISO will it detect the external drives or just the main drives?

Any alternatives?

dunno about DBAN but you can use Eraser to wipe external drives:

If it's supported by BIOS/EFI/Built-in drivers: Yes.
If it needs a special driver not compiled into the kernel: No.
