Surfer (or hacker) keeps trying to access roots like /phpMyAdmin-2.8.0.3/scripts/setup.php and /webdb/scripts/setup.php and /mysqladmin/scripts/setup.php is this a hacking attempt/ success? they are returning errors. If so how do i block it?

It's probably a bot doing it and not a human. Rename the location of phpmyadmin, then ip lock and password protect the directory.

Who is ZmEu?
The name Zmeu (no capital E) is the name of a fantastic creature of Romania. There are so many stories that there isn't a clear understanding of what it is... but it is human like, can spit fire and wants to marry young women. |
