Employee Monitoring Software Recommendations?
 

The staff are going to love this ... but with them in LA and I being in the UK, I want to see what work they are really getting up to ... or if they're fucking around.
They get paid to look at porn ... how much better can they get than that?

Any recommendations for software to install on their computers so I can monitor and see what they are doing?

Isn't their laws against that shit?

Just have them submit reports weekly if you're the paranoid type who wonders why business goes to shit because you don't trust your employees.

the final product is important, if your employees do not need to communicate with clients, give them a freedom. i said bye to company where i cant even use icq in the working time, and i am designer! the company is now almost dead, and was a big boom before they fucked it with that new laws ... freedom gives more productivity, unless you are a workoholic on wall street :) :2 cents:

You have vmware, citrix, hiena and some other options. Of course, they are not free.

Other than that, try vnc... but be advised that your worker will know that you have connected to his machine, specially if you start moving his mouse around.

Good managers hire good people and let them do their job, bad managers micro-manage and spy on them... :winkwink:
