I've thought of resurrecting a couple of the more "stylish" of my old 90's sites (minus the consoles) and sending surfers to a couple of them. Basicly unending links farms with big and garish fonts. :) Might actually be kind of a change for some now days and the bounce rate may not be that bad. Maybe. :)

Maybe it was an accident but this is when people knew how to promote porn. Give them a tease, keep the text simple so they click, enjoy the money. Much more fun than the cutthroat shit that goes on now.

Considering in 1999 almost no one had broadband and everyone was on 56 Kbps or worse dial-up of course you could put huge videos on the net. Not to mention bandwidth was much more expensive. Those are the only reason why putting large videos on the net wasn't done.

lol, I remember still making those kind of galleries in 2003-04. They converted better for me at that time than the high quality designs I was trying out.
