UKPS412 for $7.66 reg/renewal at GD FYI...might help a bit in your decision.

Moniker and Namecheap are always good options too.

Thriftys? Never heard of them.

GoDaddy is just..OK.

Moniker is my favorite. They have treated me like gold over the years.

I trust them with my 500+ domains. I've used them for 9+ years with no problems.
I had a couple expire and they get it back for me.
