i am getting more and more into mainstream sites and can't really maintain this site (atleast not as much as i'de like to)

domain was created on 2001, and site is getting between 9-10k a day. 1500 of those are from search engines and the rest from trades. with a little more push it can get alot more search engine traffic as i never did link exchanges with it, so the potential is there.

can't really say how much site is making as i got around 150 other sites that are all using the same linking codes so won't be able to tell you revenue details.

the domain was appraised high in the past as it's a good catchy domain name, and can get good branding options.

site is using STXT (from the guys of smart-thumbs) and trade pulse, both paid scripts are included in the sale.

i got 2 dedicated servers where i host all my sites. this one shouldn't take too much as it's only using embeded videos from sponsors so it's not that server intensive.
