She hadn't flown for 20 or 30 years -- always took a bus -- because of her fear of flying.

She eventually had to fly if she wanted to accept a major invitation and went through therapy and other things to get over here fear ... they even did something on The View about it.

She now flies but apparently needs to be heavily medicated to do so.
