How much does the man cost?

Its not related to slavery (or sometimes i think it does). Please be unbiassed, if you don’t have experience hiring people, please stay away from posting here. How much would you pay to the man like that (montly)?

Advantages:
Can handle ANY project. Or multiple projects. Work comes first. Any other needs - if he has enough time for them.
Programming skills:
PHP: expert skills, from a simple web application, to complicated, AJAX/COMET powered web sites designed to handle high traffic (optimizations, caching, etc), including image and video streaming/processing. Well, actually. Can program anything for linux/windows, there are no things that can't be done.
MySQL: expert skills, fast, scalable databases processing millions transactions a hour.
HTML/CSS: proper cross-browser coding optimized for fast displaying and mobile devices.
Javascript/AJAX: fast and reliable.
Graphics skills: Web interfaces, banners, photo retouch, etc
Sysadmin skills: Set up and complete maintenance of any kind of web server running Linux. Can do the same on Windows servers, but for known reasons, prefer Linux.
Management skills: can manage a team, breaking down large projects into small pieces, explaining tasks to developers and getting proper results.
Priceless skills: Hundred percents loyalty. Will never trade/sell your company’s secrets. You can give him access to your bank account/credit cards/paypal account and he will never steal a penny from you. Available almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends/holidays.

Cons:
Can sometimes take offence for not being available 24 hours a day(rarely) or being treaten like a piece of shit. (Rarely) getting drunk friday night after work.

If GOOD refrences i would say 80-90k at the MOST!
With a comitment to get him 6 figures within 12 months.

Employees are not worth a lot until skills and cooperation/management skils are proven.
IF they do not come with golden refrences.

Does online business made from scratch that makes $500,000 a year sound like a good reference?

well if the person really does have all those abilities and strengths then yeah he's worth at least 100K a year.

BUT just because he built a site that makes 500K a year doesn't mean he's worth some ungodly amount - he's NOT an entrepreneur, he didn't take the risk with his money, his employer did - employees always feel this way, they see themselves as more talented and putting in more hours than the boss/owner and they feel they deserve as much as the boss makes. those employees often go out on their own and fall flat on their face when they try to do their own business. sometimes they do great.

If you really want someone good you need to steal them from another company. To do that, it will cost you.
