I would like to hear from you experienced webmasters what you would do differently,better on the blog/tube site PornHD.TV ?

most of vids are in HQ resolution.

I would go tube 2 blog style, on main page thumbs like normal tubes, and on when user clicks goes to blog vid choice with embeded. And too much cam feeds slows load a lot for me.

the slowload of website is due to cheap hosting , I am planning to move to better host soon,

tube 2 blog style - well , I like this my template from studiopress , may be it could be edited, but not by me unfortunatelly

well , definately not in my numbers of traffic, but the HD clips are quite attractive to my visitors.

I am assuming to get a sponsor spot on OVguide, then I would see more .

W3 Total Cache are what the big boys use to cache their site. Object Caching, Database Caching, Page Caching, etc.
This will make your site snappy, cut your bandwidth in half, etc

should I disable the Super cache I have active now , in case I am activating the W3 cache ? Or has it sence to have active both?

Yes, uninstall Super Cache.

Perhaps I'm being too picky but the logo isn't doing it for me, make it more HD in itself to match the content.

Also where it says " New Videos " well its only 1 video so why not have it simply say " New Video " or keep the " New Videos " but have it written once at the top vs on every video.

Looks good, but what is your bounce rate looking like? I've found that putting anywhere from 5 to 7 posts on the index page greatly improves bounce rate.
