nats -1 sale ... what is it please?
 

hi everyone. after few days asking the program i have to ask here. how can i get -1 sale on nats? i mean, in nifty it was not refund or chargeback, but nifty just showed -1. now i checked the stats by myself and i see nothing, no evidence that there was a sale, i mean, like no sale was there, but there was a sale for almost whole day. anybody get something similar or can explain me what does that means? thank you in advance and wish you best with your sites everyone! :thumbsup

Dear Neighbour, i absolutely dont get what you wanna say. :)) I suggest to resync stats for that program w Nifty.

Btw Nifty made me sick with their new paid system, they just made me buy StatsRemote... Don't tell me you got yours for free from the Nifty Crew :) :)

hehe no my friend i am paying for nifty, they deserve it for all that saved time :winkwink: and about that nifty sale. you know, if you make a sale, you see it as sale. now, if you get chargeback or refund, you see in stats the sale, but also refund or chargeback. i got sale, i saw it in stats, then after almost one day the sale is lost, not refund or chargeback, the sale is just lost like it was never there. i dont understand this, why is that, at least it looks strange to me ... thanks for the bump and enjoy the summer! :)

it looked like normal sale. i saw it in column sales, then nifty showed pupop with -1 sale, and the sale is lost, like it was never there. i just want to know if its possible and why, i dont want to promote sponsor who is having some strange -1 sales in stats :winkwink:

Try to write to sponsor that you had sale in stats area and then it disappeared. Don't mention NS first and let's see what they answer. You could also add second copy of the same sponsor into NS, download stats for whole period and compare whether there is more missing sales.

i am sorry for my english. i am still mixing nifty sale and nats sale ... it has nothing to do with nifty stats, just thanks to nifty i know about that problem. if there will be no nifty, i will not see -1 sale so i will not know that i am making sales that are soon missing ... i hope the sponsor will answer my support tickets, i see the tickets are sent to sponsor and also some tmmdan guy, but still not answer so far ... thanks for bumps everyone! :thumbsup

yes i tried that already, today third time, no replies, nobody care ... i am waiting to friday then i will try to post what i can, but it is hard as they cleaned the sale really nice, no evidence on my side, maybe someone from nifty can help with some logs, it will be enough to post the names here i think :) but, lets wait as i dont want drama, but i dont want also send my traffic to someone who can easy take my sales :winkwink:
